M/Y Capella C

Capella C (formerly Capella) is a 59m motor yacht, custom built in 1968 by Scheepsbouwwerf Gebr.

Capella C yacht has a steel hull with a steel superstructure with a beam of 10.53m  (34’6″ft) and a 4.71m  (15’5″ft) draft .

The yacht underwent an extensive refit; our job was the design of upper deck and sundeck widening, and structural design for installation of a tender crane at bow and for side hauling /launching system.

CREW BOAT 32 m

This all-aluminum crew boat was designed under the strict requirements of south american Client Company, which wanted a very simple crew boat without any additional duty different from moving crew and cargo.

The propulsion has been proposed with two different solutions: with a triple shaft line with FPP and with triple WJ.

The vessel design permits to keep the speed without impairing performances in conditions up to Sea State 3.

12 m AA WJ

Designed for a private Owner as a tender for a bigger Yacht,  this all aluminum planning boat was built by Como lake based F.lli Guarisco shipyard.

She was designed in strict cooperation with her Owner, and fitted with twin Hamilton water jets and Yanmar Diese engines.

She can reach a top speed of 36 knots, with a very comfortable sea going behavior.

M/Y ANGARA (ex AVISO HELA)

The transformation of the historical 100 m motor yacht Angara (ex Aviso) into a luxury charter yacht has started on the 29th April 2011. This was the official starting date of Design works to return this impressive yacht her “old splendour”.

The refit project was done in cooperation with Naval Architect Mario Grasso.

Actually,  Angara is moored in Sevastopol, in Crimea, where she had several renovation works on steel sheets and hull structures. Scope of the refit project is the transformation into Yacht for Charter and Private use, with ten Suites aimed to important personages of our times.

The propulsion plant of the motor yacht Angara (ex Aviso Hela) will be completely renewed, with the employment of a diesel-electric configuration with shaft lines and controllable pitch propellers. With this solution, the maximum speed achieved will be ab. 20 kn.
